Erasmus+

Erasmus + is the EU funding programme for Education, Training, Youth and Sport for the period of 2014-2020. The program aims at enhancing skills and competence as well as upgrading systems of education, training and youth in all areas of Lifelong Learning.

The Youth Board of Cyprus is the responsible National Agency for the Youth field and the non-formal learning part of the European Program “Erasmus+”. The Foundation for the Management of the European Life long Learning Programmes is responsible for the educational programmes in the fields of Education and Training. The Erasmus + program is structured in 3 key Actions for Education, Training and Youth that are:

1. Key Action 1 (KA1 / NW1): Learning Mobility of Individuals
2. Key Action 2 (DK2 / DB2): Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices
3. Key Action 3 (KA3 / NW3): Support for Policy Reform
